ANDY KIM 'Happen
strong comeback effort...
...his songs really do have enough rock to be enjoyable to a wide audience...
must say this is one of the top CD's received in a long time, Andy shines on
this album and the music is totally unbelievable.
These intelligent pop-rock songs bearing reference points to Crowded House, Ray Wilson, Mike & the Mechanics or Julian Lennon, are performed by Kim with an impressive supporting line-up...an impressive triumph of substance over surface...
Classic Rock Society,
It may have been a long time coming, but this welcome comeback from a wonderfully talented singer and songwriter has been well worth the wait and hopefully signals a more prolific period for this enduring artist.

Featuring nine songs written by Kim himself and one he co-wrote with
Ed Robertson of Barenaked Ladies, 'Happen Again' is one of those albums
which has a dreamy charm that oozes out of the speakers, instantly
relaxing you as it gently beckons you to step into the music. On the
whole, the ten songs all fall into a gentle pop-rock category, but in a
way that incorporates AOR and Americana to make some sumptuous melodies
that are simply unforgettable.
